12/27/2004 For the week ending 12/27 Green was named BIG EAST Rookie of the Week. This marks the second time Jeff has garnered Conference honors, having previously been named for the week ending 12/13. A pair of double-doubles (a double double-double?) in a 2-1 week at the Outrigger Rainbow Classic in Hawaii earned Jeff the conference nod.

Green's double-double of 15 points and 10 boards in the win over Clemson and his double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds in the win over Long Beach State as well as a 13 point, 5 board performance vs Oral Roberts, earned him a spot on the 41st Annual Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic All Tournament Team. Jeff?s stats in the Long Beach State win led both teams in both categories and for the week he averaged 16 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game.
