The C.E. Laborde Jr. Endowed Athletic Scholarship comes from the generosity of three of the sons of C.E. Laborde, Jr. Ted Laborde, C'59, Cliffe Laborde, C'75, and Kevin Laborde, B'78 of New Orleans, Louisiana. All three are Georgetown graduates and longtime friends and supporters of the University and Athletics.

This Scholarship is intended for a student whose participation in an intercollegiate athletics program will significantly benefit that sport. The scholarship is athletic-and need-based. There are no academic or geographic preferences attached to the scholarship.
