2007 (freshman): Appeared in 13 games, starting nine of them... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week of April 30... Second on the team in strikeouts with 55... Third on the team in wins (3), innings pitched (65.1), and tied for third on the team in starts... Earned his first collegiate win in his first start against Bowling Green as he pitched seven innings of three-hit ball and fanned eight batters... Second win came against Mount St. Mary's as he matched his season-high of eight strikeouts... Allowed one earned run or less in five of his nine starts... Pitched a no-decision complete game against Seton Hall and earned a win in his second complete game of the year against Connecticut.
