"On a night when we didn't play well, because of what they were doing to us, it's good to come out of here with a win. We started off down big, it felt like they made their first ten three's that they took. We didn't do a good job of guarding the three point line and we shoot 15 of 21 from the free throw line, and being able to walk away from here with a win, I'm very happy to get the victory and from here we have to improve."

On the UC press defense "They're good at [pressing], we're bad at it. I think for the most part we've been pretty good, but we did a poor job of breaking their press today."

On UC's defense against Roy Hibbert "They were sitting two and three guys on [Roy Hibbert] all night. In hindsight I should have played him a little less to negate some of the things they were trying to do. They just did a very good job of being aggressive and not letting him get the bal, always having two or three guys on him when he caught the ball.
