Fosburg Cup Results

Washington, D.C. - The Georgetown men's crew team lost a pair of head-to-head matchups on Saturday, April 1, as the heavyweight squad fell to Cornell and the lightweight team lost the Fosburgh Cup to Princeton.

The Hoyas faced Cornell on the Cayuga Lake Inlet in Ithaca, N.Y. on Saturday afternoon. The Big Red won the varsity eight, junior varsity eight and freshman eight, while the Hoyas second freshman four were able to cross first for the lone Georgetown win.

Meanwhile on Lake Carnegie, Princeton took the Fosburgh Cup, winning the varsity eight, junior varsity eight and freshman eight races.
