Men's Lightweight Crew Battles Delaware, Harvard and Rutgers

Washington, D.C. - On the Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J. on Sunday, the Georgetown men's lightweight crew team took on Delaware, Harvard and host Rutgers.

In the freshman eight race, the Hoyas crossed first with a time of 6:35.60, cruising past second place Delaware by 6.7 seconds. Georgetown also posted a second place finish in the varsity eight race. The Hoyas rowed a time of 6:20.23, trailing Harvard by 11.53 seconds.
