Georgetown University senior men's lacrosse player Jerry Lambe (North Massapequa, N.Y./Farmingdale) was named the ECAC Lacrosse League's Defensive Player of the Year on Wednesday afternoon. Lambe was one of four Hoya players named to the All-ECAC First Team.

There was a crowd of nearly 1,500 in attendance and it was a hard-fought battle between two teams fighting for what could ultimately be the league championship.
