Hoyas Men’s Tennis Wins in Florida

March 8, 2002

The men's team faced the University of St. Thomas Bobcats on Monday March 4 at the St. Thomas campus in Miami, Fla. The Hoyas took the match by a score of 6-1. The Hoyas swept the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead and then built on that lead with four straight set victories in the singles competition.

The Hoyas face three tough matches next week as Towson travels to Georgetown for a Wednesday afternoon match and BIG EAST rival Boston College arrives on Sunday for the first Conference dual match clash of the 2002 season.
