Kieraah Marlow Named All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention

March 10, 2008

Washington, D.C. - Georgetown University women's basketball standout Kieraah Marlow (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) was named All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention during the 2008 pre-tournament banquet on Friday night.

During her senior season, Marlow led the Hoyas in scoring (13.0 ppg), rebounds (6.3 rpg), free throw percentage (80%, 120-150) and minutes (27.7 mpg). She led the team in scoring 15 times and tallied in double figures in 19 different games.

She is the fourth straight season that Marlow earned All-BIG EAST accolades. She was named to the All-Rookie Team in 2005 before earning All-BIG EAST Second Team honors in both 2006 and 2007.

Marlow joins former Hoya All-American Rebekkah Brunson as one of just two players to rank in the top five on the school's all-time list in both points (1,597) and rebounds (810).
