WASHINGTON, D.C. - Georgetown University's second women's novice eight was honored as the ECAC Crew of the Week last week for winning the second novice eight title at the BIG EAST Rowing Challenge.

The Hoyas finished with a time of 7:08.12, 12 seconds ahead of the next closest competitor, West Virginia.  This is Georgtown's third BIG EAST title in three years and the first for the Hoyas' second novice eight squad.
