Georgetown Women's Crew Race at the EAWRC Sprints

CAMDEN, N.J. - Georgetown women's crew competed in the EARWC Sprints on the Cooper River this weekend, placing 15th. 

The Hoyas posted several impressive results including a first place finish for the novice lightweight eights who defeated Wisconsin and Princeton with a time of 7:36.80.  Wisconsin finished in a time of 7:39.38 and Princeton came in third with a time of 7.40.83.  This was the Hoyas' first victory over these crews in the 2003 season.
