Washington, D.C. - Georgetown Rowing will compete in the 23rd Annual Philadelphia Navy Day Regatta on Saturday, October 11. The 4,000-meter (2.4 mile) Head Race on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, Pa. will start at approximately 10 a.m.
