Marsh served as an Interim Head Coach during the 2007 season when the Hoyas went 2-15 with a winless mark in BIG EAST Conference action in just their second season as full members of the seven-team league.]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[On a water-logged field, the Georgetown University field hockey team lost an 8-2 decision to Rutgers as they celebrated Senior Day today at the University of Maryland Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex, honoring the accomplishments of the senior class - defenders Deirdre McShea (Strafford, Pa./Villa Maria Academy), Lauren Sheets (Lutherville, Md./Garrison Forest) and Kristin Twomey (Larchmont, N.Y./Mamaroneck). The Hoyas end the regular season with an overall record of 2-15 and remain winless in league play with this being the second season the Blue and Gray has competed as a full member. The Scarlet Knights are now 8-9 with a 1-5 mark in BIG EAST Conference play and will play Columbia on Sunday.]]></description>
