Arlisa Hagan Williams' Georgetown Volleyball Camp Announces Summer Session Dates

March 3, 2008

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Georgetown University volleyball team has announced dates for this year's Arlisa Hagan Williams Georgetown Volleyball Camp. The camp will feature two summer sessions for players of varying skill levels. Advanced and beginning girls between, 11-18 can register in separate sessions from July 21-24. Youth camp for girls between, 8-13 will be held from July 14-18.

The Arlisa Hagan Williams Georgetown Volleyball Camp is designed to improve the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. All campers will be trained by the Georgetown staff and current players as well as additional area collegiate, club and high school coaches. Campers will be taught in the same manner as the Hoyas.

Due to the limited enrollment for the camp, each participant will receive individual attention from the coaching staff in an environment conducive to learning and developing the skills to take each player to another level, as well as having a great time making friends and interacting with the friendly Georgetown coaching staff.
